This will be a tough game. The Kings are no easy beats anymore. They can pound the ball into Cousins and score at will and the irony here is since Gay has gone down they are playing better ball.
I can't. As stated that was the only time I bet against the team this season. GSW was -5.5...who wouldn't take that spread? I'm a Rockets homer all the way but I was drunk and just came off a brutal session of MONKEY, MONKEY!!! so wasn't thinking straight. Plus it was AVN weekend so all I could think about was doubling my money and getting an escort back to the room and starting a thread titled, "In less than an hour I'm going to have sex with an escort round 2". I like watching the Kings play. So much talent, yet, so underachieving... Some birds, or a moose-- perhaps a bull (We can be religious, too)-- would help us checkmate the Kings. Sooner or later, we'll need some depth at the 1 and 4, if we want to be able/el to compete deep into the playoffs. NN won't completely die down and is thrown around everywhere...but does he give you anything more than what Clint can? Welp, another disgruntled freebird. Clint looks to be healing, but we need some bulk down low. Ne' has been playing well, and he's super happy with his decision. But, you want him healthy come late season. If you're happy with his contributions, just wait until the playoffs where he thrives on intensity. He won't back down...but we need another guy like that. Picture a Matt Barnes type (without the chokeslam on the ladies) at the 4 or 5: we need a few guys that don't smile much because lord knows, we're a happy group. I would love Boogie here, but that would require some help to facilitate. But, one man's trash is another man's treasure, right? That's how it was for J Smoov, including the white one. If you free a guy to go play in the right system, the potential is endless. Should be a good game for us...time to make up for the losses and turnovers. I'm not sure how well James will do carrying this load all season. The trip-dubs are nice, but I don't want to run him into the ground. Plantar fasciitis would be terrible. I'm hoping he got some leg rest and that shot has some more power to it. Limit the turnovers and we'll be alright.
Hightlight for the night for me will be what just unfolded before me on a stream..Pre-game Correy Brewer taking contested corner fadeaway threes guarded by monstatrez. Multiple times he was talking trash, janky looking corkscrew fadeaway, "aghghh" you could just see the misses in his eyes. On one hand, poor guy... on the other hand, why are you shooting fadeaway contested 3s from the corner?
NN has to be Nerlens Noel. I'm verklempt right now. Matt Barnes type (minus the chokeslams)? Maybe Lance Stephenson. He's available and could be had on the cheap.
