There's this thing called the 10th Amendment. You must have noticed it: it's kinda nearby the 2nd Amendment. It goes like this: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." I believe in the 10th Amendment. I believe the states have the right to make their own laws, including mar1juana laws. Sanctuary cities I am not as clear on. I don't have an opinion on the legality of them. TSA agents at the airport do not have any 10th Amendment claims.
