Sure, it's better that they now have an excuse to protest.....but it would be even better if they had a valid reason, then again, that's probably asking too much.

They do have a valid reason to protest.

    Get it right.

I thinks that's an unfortunate problem that will be cleared up. Anytime you create something new, there's always an adjustment period for all involved to get it right. If you remember when the TSA was created it was really shitty too, still is honestly, against Americans! Also, it's the same reason why I avoid restaurant grand openings. It always takes time to work out the issues no matter what it is let alone something as complicated as this. I'm sure they'll fix it.

Whether or not he's pissing on the constitution is irrelevant.

He's pushing a xenophobic divide this country hasn't seen in a long time with his fear mongering policies.

I mean he's establishing a "shaming list" and people think that's fine?

It's disgusting reading the posts (by those who "didn't vote for him") here defending his every divisive action.

I'd expect those kinks to be worked out prior to the enforcement of this, especially when it's an obvious, foreseeable issue.

That pho restaurant was opened by who? The US Executive branch is supposed to be made up of intelligent people who don't get things wrong on the first try. There is an embarrassing level of incompetence in the Trump administration, and it's only been a week.

unfortunate but not unlike tsa agents harassing Americans when they first got going and even to this day still do when you have bad training and incompetent personnel. why anybody expecting this to be any different is beyond me.

I remember, once upon a time, when you wrote:

I guess none of that stuff matters to you (and, therefore, shouldn't matter to anyone else) anymore.

That sounds far too much like BS to be believed based only on this random guy's word....especially given that it pushes a political narrative that he's known to push. It sounds a whole lot like the "fake news" of Arab men being thrown off a plane for speaking Arabic.

Yeah, and I stand by all of those comments, the president is a scumbag....what's your point?

Between 1975 and 2015, foreign nationals from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen killed exactly zero Americans on U.S. soil, according to an analysis of terror attacks by the Cato Institute.

Moreover, a report released this week shows that Muslim Americans with family backgrounds in those seven countries have killed no Americans over the last 15 years.

Twenty-three percent of the Muslim Americans involved with violent extremist plots since Sept. 11, 2001, had family backgrounds in Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria or Yemen, according to a Triangle Center on Terrorism and Homeland Security report released this week. None of those plots resulted in American deaths.

Similarly, none of the 19 plane hijackers on 9/11 were from any of those seven countries.

Why is this reason not valid?

Facts or it didn't happen. Not alternative facts, actual facts.
