    think this is a loss as well during this stretch. Should get back in the W column fri against philly. Boston losing 3 straight and after that game against Wash last night where wash took it pretty personally against them. They're likely pretty desperate for a win.

    We are desperate too though. We ve lost like 5 of 8 games or something. We are the better team and are at home. We should expect to take this W. Cant lose this one

    Snap i thought i saw that it was in htown for a second. Thought the road trip was over.

    I still expect us to get back to who we are and take this one.

    How the hell is every opposing team in desperate situations but the Rockets. The Rockets are desperate as well!

    very doubtful imo. fully expect the rockets to win friday fairly easily. People are a little too quick to jump on the philly bandwagon after a few wins here and there.

    I'm expecting a win. I don't see how they can stop us from scoring at the rim, which will then open up some 3s.

    (Note: I have not looked into the at the rim defensive stats for Celtics)

    Rockets aren't necessarily desperate. They're just suffering from a tough schedule and fatigue which plays a part in their games lately. Boston is on a multi game losing streak. And houston is not at home in this one

    Yah ive already been corrected about them not being at home. That was a mistake that i typed based on a quick glance at mfastx comment about being in attendance tonight. I assumed he would be in houston not in boston.

    Its definitely subjective whether or not we view the rockets as the desperate team tonight but I think they are. I agree that Those factors you bring up such as tough schedule and fatigue did contribute to their previous losses greatly. However i think those previous losses will now contribute to the rockets being desperate for a win.

    We will see

    It will be difficult game.
    The Celtics come from a 3 game losing streak. They were just totally embarassed especially IT by the Wizards in a game many were watching.
    Then they also had a mini players meeting.
    If they lose tonight they can lose their 3rd seed.

    So not quite desperate like the last game, but pretty determined.
