Tough choice! LOL! The point is that Gordon was a major factor in December and the Rockets are just not the same team without his contribution on offense. He has actually been an even worse factor on defense the last couple of games in my opinion. Tonight he was obliterated by Terry... Let's wait and see if he can recover his toe during the All Star break and then bring the same contribution of before.
I beg to differ. There are two components to being a great passer : knowing when to pass, and also knowing when not to pass. Harden is great at former, but sucks at the latter. Want to know who's great at both? CP3. Harden just throws his passes even when its not a good time to do so, thus the turnovers.

You know Morey could also construct a roster that wasn't so ridiculously dependant on an injury prone player to be a competent team. We are right back to Harden doing everything. He'll be burnt out by playoffs, AGAIN.
Looking at the stats , we didn't even shoot the 3 that poorly . We didn't take enough of them . The Bucks length and close outs ran us off the line and we did not know what to do .
On to the next game. Just need to finish this 5 game road trip with a winning record. Boston, Philly, and Indiana. Hoping for 3 - 0 but 2 - 1 will not be bad.
You'll get no love for this particular post but you're right on this account. They'll trot out the 'first year playing PG and adjusting to the role' line to justify it, but he's about to break his own turnovers record from last season so it's a moot point.
Holy s***. We're literally experiencing one of the best Rockets seasons in franchise history not only in terms of record but sheer surprise and overachievement... and this is still a thing? If you can't enjoy this year, seriously consider another hobby. Like really, stop posting, GTFO, and find something better to do with your life. Harden had a bad game with turnovers but he was still a +5 and shot very efficiently (probably should've shot more). I have no idea how Brewer can accumulate a -22 minutes in just 7 minutes??? That takes a special kind of suck that KJ McDaniels or Bobby Brown can't possibly replicate. Next time you want to trash Morey like an idiot, how about suggest an actual freaking idea? Look at our salaries and tell me how we're supposed to trade for a superstar without stripping the team of all its young talent? The Rockets are only 21st in payroll. Seems it would make more sense to wait this season out and improve the team via free agency. Fill out this roster with players with big contracts, which you could then flip to get a high salary superstar without having to trade away all your young talent.
You trashtalkers really need a CP3 instead of Harden to see what we have with him. With cp3 this team is right about .500. but CP3 has close to no TOs so every ******* CF can be happy. Im pissed with y'all. Imma go to bed and let you continue to blame this game on the only guy who held us in it for 3 quarters.
I understand your point, but I can't really complain about the roster construction for this season. Our record and team development throughout the season have been both a big surprise for me (and for most of the fans, I suppose). EG will get better eventually.
Ummm.. the problem isnt losing ONE game. The problem is a few week trend in which in wins AND losses we are showing awful defense, inconsistent offense, careless turnovers and generally not playing how we did the first 2 months of the season. Sure, it could just be a slump, and yes they still have a great record, but in the end they have been playing TOO much like last year to ignore under the guise of "look at our record" and "its just one game". Im not saying anything ridiculous, but realistically something is nt right and needs to be mended.
