Honestly, a referee should no longer have a job after a botched no call like that. If they can't even make basic calls when the game is already over, they have absolutely no business Reffing ANY game, never mind the playoffs, when it matters.
You know it sure is nice to have a head coach that shows passion and gives it to the officials. Kevin Mchale wouldn't have gotten up from his seat.
A lot of season left but previous 10 games have had a number of flashbacks to 2015/16 - porous defense, lazy ass TOs, & below-average 3PT shooting. All things considered, The Rockets are still in a great position and should have an opportunity to further solidify the team, either via another scoring wing or a rebounding big, but the Ryno & EGO regression is concerning.
The Bucks lost 5 straight, so you would expect them to bounce back huge, we have no answer for Jabari or Giannis, how the Bucks is a bad matchup for and vice versa for them except they scored more points than us, and plus Miami just BEAT the Warriors.
I agree. Aside from this (which i believe is true btw), we're not at the same level as other 3 teams but well, we should've thought that in the first place.
I love this team but I'm seeing play out of them that looks nothing like before this month. The defense is horrid and the energy is gone. If they don't fix that quick they will be the #5 #6 seed real quick !!!!!
The sense of urgency is not yet there. I feel the Rox are gonna continue the W,L,W,L trend till they finally drop to fourth or fifth seed.
I think anyone with a brain knew that January would be a tough month for this team. Unless of course you had the unrealistic expectations to think we should be competing with the Warriors for the best record in the NBA right now. I think most had us pegged to be a .500 basketball team at this point, so some of you guys need to chill the **** out.
It's another case of where sometimes trying to out-offense a team without the ability to crank up the defense at clutch moments can backfire.
