We have no answer "Plan B" when 3's don't fall and teams will let Brewer sit and the corner all by himself and brick shots all night. Trade deadline cometh

Last night was just a bad game period. However, Warriors had a good game plan on defending the pick and roll. Always coming up high to get the ball out Hardens hand and force the center to make a play.

    This is war fellas.

But, I really wasn't that upset. It wasn't that frustrating, not like the Rockets against the Warriors the last two years.

    Four glaring things;
    1) More off ball movement, and when you're open shoot the ****ing ball. We pump faked too much.
    2) Quit fouling
    3) Switch up the Harden p&r with Capela or Harrell, do it with EG when Curry is on him. Force them to switch, then Harden goes down low. If no switch, EG's capable of taking Curry 1 on 1 and in those cases space it. Seriously, Currys' got nothing on D this will get them in foul trouble, help(create space), or just an easy bucket for us. If someone told me 100% of our possessions will be curry vs. Gordon or Harden, I'm taking that.
    4) Replace Brewer with somebody actually good.

High-low won't work. Dray is good at switching, and capable of trapping. As is iggy, kd or klay whoever else is on Harden. You have to let Curry be the guy doing it, it's kind of ass backwards with most teams. You want their plodgy big guy stepping out, but here you want their weak little boy to be it.

Zaza, I get. Bring him out, but he's no shot blocking presence so that point's moot. If he's by the rim, at most he'll foul which is fine by me. But he's not getting in any of our finisher's way. He's not KD, McGee or Dray. Bring out Curry 10 out of 10 times. force them to switch or force him to go over/under and Harden makes the choice there by stepping up and hitting the 3 or taking Curry on for it.

Too often we still look like a team just relying on making shots and we're definitely a tier below the top teams. We need a more diverse offense and less predictable, less reliance on 3pt shots, Harden to truly find a balance between going for his own shot and making a pass and playing better defense in general. I really feel any team could knock us out of the play-offs so I really hope Morey works his magic and gets that one player who can make a difference.

We don't have those kind of assets. I'm hoping a player looks at us in FA, and is like **** yeah, I wanna join this team. Top 4 in conference, great chemistry, coach, already established superstar. Getting MVP, COY, and a 2nd round at least appearance will garner that attention. I want Paul George!

I'm fairly confident we are the 4th, maybe even 3rd best team in the NBA.

But we may as well be the 13th best team, because I just can't see anybody touching the Warriors firepower in a 7 game series. I don't think we played poorly at all last night, we were just outclassed.

The fact that a 73 win team added Kevin Durant without having to trade anything for him pisses me off to no end. I don't care what the Warriors do while he is there, I will never respect him.

28% career 3pt shooter. I mean do the math. You think he doesn't practice 3s? In his whole career he's probably shot hundreds of thousands practice 3s yet hehasn't improved by now so it's not gonna happen. You can't make him be a better shooter just like you can't make Dwight a good FT shooter.

I agree ...my version of a "Plan B" is as in what happens when good shooters don't shoot well and we have no inside game to deal with Golden State like last night or Memphis/Jazz that lock down the paint. When I look at most of the Rox losses this year which haven't been many most of the losses were to teams with Bigs in the paint that can shoot and/or had abnormal nights of solid shooting with bigs on their roster

perhaps, but what if concentration of attempts in short span actually contributes to improvement rather than numbers of repetitions over long haul?

The plan should be Harden finding Trez and Capela off the pick and roll.

Honestly Dekker by next season should be starting. He moves amazingly well off the ball. He gives this team more options then ryno. Ryno as a super 6th man is better suited

If your form is correct maybe, in Brewers case it's like trying to make him accurate while he shoots the ball with his feet. Yeah eventually it may work but not consistently.

Didn't see the last night's post-game show until now.... great seeing Elie as a guest appearance.

Seems like Calvin has been MIA for a month.
