where did I say WB was a scrub, it's just tiring to hear this triple double narrative over and over when OKC funnels uncontested defensive rebounds to WB, that's how their team is coach. And to hear WB triple double but yet Harden has almost 12/8 and yet, people make it seems like it's nothing and inferior to the 10/10 mark. OKC also had one of the easiest schedules and they're about to go into a shitstorm of a schedule, so good luck to them. I don't know how long Adams is out, but that's going to be a rough stretch without him if he misses anymore games.

With Westbrook and Harden as 1-2 in scoring and assists, it should go to Harden based on the fact that he is leading in a category for a PG and while he handles the ball a lot, that doesn't automatically mean more assists and a great transition from SG to PG. Look at T-mac for instance, he never did this stuff and he handled the rock a ton with us. Do you think if he had been the starting PG, he could've done it? It's Harden's first year as full time PG and his assists increased so much that it's just phenomenal. Take into account how much he does to do for our team, his overall numbers and our record it's pretty clear.
I can think of no other than Magic who could do that as a 'big guy'. Tracy was a big guy like Durant close to 6'9 with long arms. Almost no big guy in history has had that transition or transformation to a pure PG. People should just stop thinking it was normal for someone like McGrady to play SG even. If we had a good SG, he would not have to play SG. He was a good scorer with good vision, but still got a high center of gravity. Harden on the other hand is a typical guard with a low enough center of gravity. It was not easy for him either but his combo guard skills and playmaking has been displayed years ago with the Thunder and in the playoffs.
I don't really understand the argument either of them were making. Whether Harden is a true PG or not, what does that have to do with whether Irving deserves an All-NBA selection or whether he is a top 15 player?
He said no one before the season thought Harden can pass. The praise is nice, I suppose, but he's greatly exaggerating the "improvement" by dismissing how good Harden was as a playmaker before this season.
To be fair, if the viewer isn't a rockets fan and just watching Rockets game here and there, all they would see is Harden dribbling around for a long time and then either jacking a shot up, drive to the basket or throw a last second pass before the shot clock since our system was so messed up last year. This year we're running a system and players are moving around and such.

Lol, I got ridiculed by my co-workers last season for trying to say Harden was a better passer than LeBron and that he had better vision and play-making ability. I went as far as conceding LeBron could make tougher passes because he is longer, but the fact that I tried to say Harden was better at anything was too much for them. The finals came around and I just dropped the debate but it went on for months. I remember walking into my office to find this on my desk one morning: Each one of those post its says LeBron James.
