I wouldn't be upset at all if Trump had a Bob Dole style fall.

Otherwise I wish no harm on the man. Witnessing this train wreck coming will be at least comical.

There is a lot of anger/hatred emanating from the Left towards this President-elect. Yeah, I'm fearful something horrible may happen.

There will be plenty of protests all over the country. The screaming about the election itself will die down soon. It will, however, get quite loud when it comes to policy.

 

There's nothing we can do about Trump, folks. Although the 2nd amendment people - maybe there is, I don't know.

 

Rhetoric against Obama was terrible but thankfully he and his family came out unscathed. I think there was probably 6 or 7 serious threats on Obama and Michelle, all ended in no attempt and arrests. A few others that weren't serious but flagged nonetheless. The most serious was Ortega-Hernandez firing shots at the Whitehouse. Though he was not charged with an assignation attempt, only destruction of property which is laughable.

Bottom line, I don't care what you believe or how mad you are hoping or wishing for harm against someone or their families is messed up. No political leader in our country has reached that level of disrespect.

Nobody will be assassinating Trump on inauguration day. Security is going to be all over the place. There will probably be some scuffles at various demonstrations, the anarchists might cause some more serious trouble, but I don't expect anything more.
