Surely Football Jesus is done embarrassing the Houston Texans. Surley Football Jesus will bestow his blessings on this team in the playoffs.
Not really, if the Texans win this game, they could legitimately be in the real Super Bowl so that doesn't apply.
If we beat the Patriots, it would be Super Bowl coverage for the team. Brock would go from a Savage backup to the next Houston mayor.
I felt we had a damn good chance all week but I just listened to Hopkins interview about the game and he doesn't really sound that confident even though he's saying the right things. C'mon Texans lets f***ing do this!
Three keys for me and a Texans victory. 1. Texans #1 defense has to produce at least one turnover. 2. Texans offense has had a consistent ground game and a shoddy but extremely streaky passing game. Will need to completely break tendency and form, take a few shots deep down the field and land them. Ball control won't be enough, even with a turnover from the D. 3. No fear. The Patriots are just a football team. BElichick is just a coach. Brady is just a QB. They can Be beaten like any other team, coach and QB.
This is the sort of thing that proves to me that RS has no business being a GM. If Simon can't play in the biggest game of the year then why tf is he taking up a roster space? Of course Savage has a six-week injury and they promptly IR him.
Well, I don't usually post in here, but LET'S GO TEXANS! Trying to bring some Rocket mojo to the Texans and hope they don't get beat like the Rockets did yesterday. (I fully expect a beat down, but I'm hoping and watching for the best surprise!)
