Don't look now, but we're only 1 game behind the Spurs. And 2.5 behind GS, thanks to their epic choke that was epic.
In the Orlando game Harden was teams 4th highest scorer and we won convincingly - seems like an excellent sign. One more defensive stopper/rebounder and this could be a team that could really climb even higher.
18 of the last 20 and counting. Man had we not given that Spurs game away we would be sitting at the two seed and had won 19 of the last 20. Just thinking that we are 18 and 2 in the last twenty games is astonishing but I think we are getting spoilt this season.People are overlooking this fact. It is so easily over looked.
Thats capella... lol... I think we are lacking a vet wing off the bench with EG... Rudy gay or wilson chandler would make us the best team in the NBA.
Would be nice considering that only us, The Nuggets, Clips, Pels, Grizz, and wolves are the only western conf teams that have not reached that milestone. Also three of these teams have been around only 25 seasons or less.. In fact no team in the league has been around longer than us that has not won 60 games. Only Brooklyn with only 9 seasons less than us has come close to the same number of seasons as Houston without winning 60 games. So yea. WAY overdue for that milestone.
Oh I know in the grand scheme of things it isn't important. In fact I like being the only 6th seeded team to win a title distinction much more than 60 wins. BUT, 60 wins would be a nice number considering expectations going into the season.
