Just finished watching (had to record because I was at work when it started). This game reminded me of myself playing NBA 2k and how I complain that my opponent is taking a bunch of terrible shots and hitting them all while I'm getting a bunch of great shots and nothing is falling. Glad it all evened out and swung our way in the end.

Crazy to think as we reach the half way point that no matter what happens the next two games, we are on pace for a 60 win season at the halfway mark.

People are upset because we're not dominating from start to finish. Even the best teams in the league don't do that. The Warriors have to come back all the time, they just almost always do and people only pay attention to the final score. Even today they were down to the Kings early. The fact that we can consistently win without playing well and with Capela out with injury is a plus. And we've had plenty of blowouts this year anyway.

 

Harden has a knack for making triple doubles look effortless.

 

Dude give it a rest. Every single poster on this board wants Harden to cut the TOs down but its just not going to happen. That's how he plays. 30-9 give it a rest.

 

Damn, the way the Rockets pushed the pace was truly deadly.

What's more, almost the entire run was without Harden. Though I must say, Eric Gordon driving and passing to the three-point shooters was a spot-on imitation of the Beard.

 

This team is elite.

18-2 in the last 20 games. Been top 10 in O and D in that span.

I think people are staring to come around and accepting the fact that the rockets are the real deal and need to be mentioned at worst in the class of the Spurs.

Im so confident in this team. They can turn the defense up when they need to as all elite teams do. There offense is legit and they don't deviate from the plan even when it's not working for 1-2-3 quarters of the game.

I think if we're healthy going into the playoffs. We can beat anyone and are the Warriors and Cavs biggest threat.

 

This is going to be unbearable for the next few years.

We turn big deficits into big leads freaking fast. If you started taking a crap with three seconds left in the third you would have missed the entire run.

 

The fact that Gordon is still playing at the same level despite his shot being MIA the last couple of games is really encouraging. I still forget Gordon was a lottery pick; he isn't just a sharp shooting guard, he can do other things.

The Orlando game, Gordon was having trouble finding moisture in his shot (3-16 from 3). I thought he should just throw away the box score and start over. He had 17pts 4asts +7

 

Somebody please make a video of Hardens great defensive plays this season, especially tonight down the stretch.

 

James took charge and got a block on Derozan.

Yet another great victory!! A rare win in Canada.

I was mostly distracted by another game, but saw the Rockets prevail in the end.

Raptors got screwed with 2NB2B at home with their opponent having a day rest.


Rockets still get credit.... we've been screwed too by scheduling. We're currently going through it right now. Dumb ass, inefficient cross-country flights on deck for the near future.

 

If eric is not all star, harden should be MVP with no doubt

I think as it stands now, Harden is the MVP. The national media is finally on the beardwagon.

 

Yes, I watched. I'm was asking someone to put together a video of all James Harden's 2016-17 defensive highlights so we can make that go viral.
