HOUSTON -- Although Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt is recovering from back surgery, he is still helping out the Houston community. On New Year's Eve, three pedestrians, including 8-year-old Noah Fulmer, were hospitalized after being hit by a car. Someone tweeted at Watt that Noah was crying because the EMTs had to cut his No. 99 Watt jersey off of him. https://www.espn.com/blog/houston-t...j-watt-delivers-new-jerseys-to-boy-hit-by-car
Awesome. Even more awesome if he didn't post on twitter. Then hope somebody else introduces it publicly.... but still realize it's cool if never does
What is jj supposed to do say? no pictures I don't want some random person on the internet to think I am just doing it to get attention.
Why would JJ say, "no pictures", when he HOPES it's introduced publicly? Why would you say, "some random internet-person", when people MUCH bigger than random-person has already mentioned similar............ Many posters here have mentioned the same, but I don't recall your saying anything to them. Maybe you did. What a weird response by you. The prejudice some posters display is sad. Did you forget I said what Watt did was "awesome"?
I really don't care if he does it for attention, at least he does it. There are not many players that do these type things. Good for him, and the kid.
Yeah, maybe I should've stressed the AWESOME more. But trust me, that poster's intentions coincided little about what you bolded. Thus, no response from him. @Bandwagoner and @Kim recently did similar. Fortunately, one of them doesn't claim having a scrotum. Watt did another great deed. Great to have him in Houston. He probably gave them money/tickets too.
