Sorry for derailing, but you are a trainer right? I think you post like twice a year. I wrote down some training regiment you recommended on here 10 years ago and still use it every time I get back into work out mode. It kills me all the time, but I feel great if I'm able to get through 2 weeks. About to start back up again because like always, another new year's plan. But thanks for that plan. It's been the most fun and intense plan I've ever been on.
Hi Kim, I did used to train a lot and passed along some protocols learned from a trainer named Charles Poliquin. This is not a plug or anything. In fact he sold the rights to his original company which is now called Poliquin Principals which is very much a money making venture, but he still provides free info on a website/FB page called Strengthsensei. I haven't posted in a while, but I've been lurking. You ought to check out Clash Royale if you need a quick diversion. The nice thing is the games only last 3-4 minutes long. Sort of like high speed digital chess.
It's a really fun game. I switched over from Boom Beach to CR a few months ago and I'm still really enjoying it. Trying to get to the Legendary Arena. Do you know if you can be in multiple clans? I'm already in one with my buddies.
