Kelly's not a scrub, he's just a rook and should know his place. If that was a vet locker room especially after a loss; "rook shower change and get my bags, those mics aren't for you". Can you imagine rookie Harden complaining about guarding Kobe? That's a neck slap, Perk ain't tryin to hear that **** lol

    OMG, I remeber that.

"Harden needs to be less selfish and give the ball to Thorton."

    Good times.

I love the way this team seems to will itself back into games and hold onto a lead for a win even when obviously exhausted.

This is a game that we lose by 15 last year. I love the way they bounced back with defense first, offense second in the 3Q. That says something about the cohesiveness of the team and what this could mean fpr them moving forward.

Do we have a topic for the bench of this year. Those guys are giving us something every night.

It´s just that, there are 4 or 5 minutes every game, where the bench is in there, and they are so locked in playing defense, and the play the game just the right way, the move the ball, they share, they attack the rim, they don´t care who takes the final shot. It´s amazing. Great job guys!

I've noticed that too and our bench doesn't get enough praise for this. The other team's starter can sometimes hang with us but when it's our 2nd unit agains theirs, we create separation. That is why I don't understand the trade scenarios being proposed of trading a bulk of our bench to get superstar player X

When we were held to 14 points in the 1st quarter I knew we would come back. Our offense is too good to be held down all game long like that, we are bound to have runs somewhere. Last year, a drought like that spelled doom. But not only did our offense somewhat click, but we held them to 38 points in the second half despite not having Bev or Capela to shut off Wall's drives. This team is amazing.

Only point of concern is that Dekker's shot seems wildly off lately. It doesn't even look good leaving his hands. He's still contributing with defense and especially rebounding, but if he can't shoot he's not going to fit in this offense.

Points were hard to come by, and the Rockets only score 101 points.

    ONLY

I thought Gortat was monstering trez a bit but Nene in the third quarter really came in and defensively did a nice job forcing Gortat away from the basket plus Nene started to put pressure on Gortat by scoring on the other end.

One of the brilliant theories was Harden didn't like Marcus taking away from his shine so he wouldn't pass to him.

Also wanted to say something about D´Antoni; there was a point where I was screaming at the tv to go Big and see if we can get a few def rebounds. The guy stood by his thing and kept Ryno and we did it. Amazing game for sure.

And for Harden, so happy to see him get his 10th assist. Girlfriend was trying to turn it off when we reached the 2 minute mark, I fought for my rights to see the beard get another triple double and with nothing less than a Trez Dunk.

i was thinking last night when was the last time we won a game scoring under 100 and saw we are 2-1 this season when scoring under 100... i would have assumed 0 wins... this is a special team no question

The difference is Gordon. The patterns are similiar to last season. Without Gordon, Harden's starts cold, but gets hot to level the game. Rockets then go on to lose, as Harden tires near the end of the game, because no one else can hit a shot. The same goes for Gordon, Harden's making it easier for him. When one goes cold, the other affords some time to rest.
