Anyone seen this movie? It was released earlier this year, and I'm not sure if it's out on DVD yet, even. Edit: It is, and it'll be on Netflix starting January 30th. Just watched it, though. It stars Daniel Radcliffe and Paul Dano. Let me tell you, some of you will love it, and some of you will absolutely hate it. My wife went to bed as I was watching it. She said she couldn't stand it. I thought it was the most funny, messed up, yet brilliantly put together movie I've ever seen. Seriously, I think it's my new favorite movie ever. I'm blown away by it. See it as soon as you can.
Watched it a couple of weeks ago. Thought it was very well done. Great performances, quirky, and the ending was outstanding.
It's on my to watch list. I haven't the faintest idea what it's about, only know Mary Winstead is in it.
It's a weird movie, but pretty original. With the prevalence of freakin' reboots all the time, it was refreshing to watch something like this that wasn't completely formulaic or rehashed. Dano and Radcliffe give...unique performances. I dunno, I liked it. It's difficult to really outline the plot w/o giving away some of what makes this movie enjoyable. Check it out on Netflix if you got it.
Loved it, I gave it to my brother for Christmas. The ending was unexpected. I thought they were going to answer your questions but instead it was playful. Move over Citizen Kane, there's a new best film ever made.
Best film ever? I hope there's sarcasm in the posts in this thread. I saw it a while back and it's nowhere near as good as i hoped it to be. And im a huge film buff. Just because it's original you don't go calling it the best ever.
Yes, yes it is. I mean, the way the director used the farts to bring these two sophisticated people together... unbelievable.
I'm sorry I spoiled the first 2 minutes of the movie. I'll not mention the rest.... other than to say Godfather I & II can suck Swiss Army Man's buttocks.
saw it in theaters opening night, it's not for everyone, I enjoyed it, but can't say that it's a repeat viewing for me if you go in not knowing what your're about to watch, that you'd probably think this is the worse movie ever....
