And that was a joke game. Plus no one was actually there and there are no video highlights so it didn't actually happen according to Internet rulz

And when the Knicks didn't have Lee, Harden torched them for 53 points, 17 assists, and 16 rebounds.

I didn't say Lee would shut down Harden; but it's safe to assume that Harden wouldn't have had such a historic game had he been guarded by Lee instead of Brandon Jennings/Justin Holiday.

I personally prefer REALITY sports. Watching the game than just looking at stats sheets seems more exciting. But that's just me.

How about a tip jar wager? If you can provide 5 quotes where I say something unnecessarily positive/defensive about Lin, I'll donate $15 to the tip jar. If you can't, you donate $15.

Just finished watching the game. Just WOW. Here's the thing:

Even if this was against the worst team in the history of basketball (that Philly team from a couple years ago comes to mind), and his defender is an NBA rookie, and we had our whole team healthy, and we're at home, and we add a prime Michael Jordan to our roster, and we have the best coach in the league, and they have the worst coach in the league...

This is still a mind-annihilating, historically significant performance.

We are winning a championship while James Harden is a Rocket, I am certain of that now, and I can't wait to see it whenever it happens.

Well I've never followed fantasy leagues. And you clearly didn't notice Bevs enormous ON/OFF numbers and his huge impact on our wins/losses.

I guess Fantsy heads like you missed that

The two are not mutually exclusive. In fact, every daily fantasy player I know watches the game while tracking the stats online.

Have you ever considered that your bias towards a particular fantasy player can somehow cloud your judgement? "Dwight did not get a enough post touches hence, Harden is crap"

Wrong again. In terms of daily fantasy, Beverley is an extremely valuable player b/c of his consistent production relative to his cost.

Nope. Not at all. Maybe if we were talking about a season long fantasy league, but in daily fantasy, rosters change every day. There's no time to develop a lasting bias. You can pick Dwight one day and Harden the next day.

    Gotcha

So you admit to being disingenuous to not say anything about our "extremely valuable player" missing the game when you mention Lee

This is too easy for me to trap you. Drop the mic and out now

You really don't get it, do you?

You can't look only at the injured player. In order to determine the total impact, you also need to consider the caliber of the player's backup. Harden/Gordon/Ariza/Anderson/Harrell is still a strong lineup.

Conversely, look who the Knicks were trotting out in the 2nd half. A guard rotation of Rose/Jennings/Holiday. A SF rotation of Lance Thomas and Kuzminskas. No PFs. And a Center rotation of Noah/Hernangomez.

Rose/Jennings are MUCH better players than you give them credit for...

Only Porz and Melo could have outplayed Jennings yesterday, period...that's how good he was. I don't disagree with your point, but that isn't a very good example.

No it's safe to assume that. When a guy like Harden gets on a roll, pretty much no one in the NBA can stop him

Harden's game last night was the greatest of any regular season Rockets performance ever and probably top10 all time.

Even in Hakeem's quadruple double games, his 10 blocks at most accounted for 20 points denied (though probably less)

Olajuwon's first quadruple double game was more impressive. 29 points, 18 rebounds, 10 assists, 11 blocks, 5 steals, 0 turnovers..

The highlights for Harden will essentially be the full game with the halftime show cut out.
