Nobody cares about dudes wrestling on the ground, until Ronda came along. Hell, the biggest dude in your sport right now has been outsold by Ronda in his last 2 fights and I'd image than Nunes V Rousey is going to eclipse Diaz V Mcgregor as well.

Hell, the influence of Ronda even made Tate v. Nunes a bigger draw than any of the previous fights except Mcgregor-Diaz.

This sport, once Ronda is gone will return to the obscure curiosity that it once was. Y'all ought to be kissing Ronda's pinky finger for making mma a draw at all.

MMA had the biggest year they've ever had in 2016 and for most of it Ronda went into hiding. Unless the sport turns into boxing (and with the things they allow Ronda and Conor get away with it may head in that direction) this sport is only going to continue to grow. We saw the birth of two new stars last night in Amanda Nunes and Cody Garbrandt, and there are many exciting athletes in the sport.

It was all over when she was unable to break Turtle's arm.

MMA as whole will be fine. It's the women's division that the UFC should be worried about.

Without Ronda, women's MMA is irrelevant.

Yes, without such a skilled stand-up fighter, the sport is doomed.

God damn, seeing a “professional“ fighter throwing such pathetic punches is embarrassing. This shows how bad her opponents were, she can't keep up with the new wave of fighters and has no business in the ring.

Very true, the women's division was in it's infancy and that's why she was able to dominate the way she did but that's over. Now that women have stepped up their game it's gonna take a lot more skill to hang so honestly Rousey getting embarrassed so badly 2 fights in a row is a really good thing for women's MMA in that it signifies that it can be taken seriously now.

MMA was on the map when it was featured on an episode of Newsradio, a prime time NBC comedy during the heydey of all the NBC comedies. I'd rather watch that episode again than last night's fight.
