So we will just ignore Curry getting benched when they needed a stop?

The Cavs-Warriors game was amazing! Felt like the Finals Gm 7. Best game I've watched all season.

Durant is so talented but has such poor strategy sometimes.

Its the biggest reason why he never won anything with the thunder, not Westbrook.

The cavs simply could not stop him when he drove to the basket. He got anything he wanted every time when he drove.

Cavs start to make a run and what does he do? Brick jumpers.

He did the same thing in the 2012 finals and he did the same last year against the warriors.

You're too tall and athletic and your wingspan is too long and your handle is too good to consistently settle for jumpers.

Once he figures that out he will finally get it.

The warriors have lost to Cleveland, Spurs, Grizzlies, and the Rockets. They beat Toronto and Clippers. But they are 2-4 against teams with 20 wins or more.

Everybody says that the grizzlies beat up on the weak teams. I think the warriors are actually doing that. And it may be that Durant has made curry defer so much that he has lost his killer instinct.

    Under Armour gottabe sick.

Their flagship athlete is getting overshadowed by his Nike teammate while getting shitted on by 2 Nike athletes.

Happened earlier this year in our OT victory. Announcers just brushed it off

I asked this question in that game thread: when was the last time an MVP got pulled for defensive purposes at the end of a game (and wasn't in foul trouble)? Since there were no replies, I'll assume the answer is still NEVER.

I agree with you, Mike should bench Harden the same in the same situation.

It proves Kerr is indeed a better coach.

Substitution was illegal too. The stoppage was due to replay, not a dead-ball.

Nash comes to mind, also Dirk was pretty bad. And while I'm at it, the only time this comes up is when it has to do with the hated steph curry. In every other instance, offense is worshiped.

Anyway, as it relates to curry, he looks to be transitioning into a cp3 type of pg. He does a lot of the little stuff and creates space. But then too, Durant has brought his iso style to gs, so they are a completely different team from last year.

The NBA clearly wants Westbrook to get MVP.

Gave the Thunder a winnable opponent on Christmas but the Rockets don't get anything?

This has been known for a while now. Westbrook will win it, despite being a 6-7 seed, which is funny because that is lower than what many predicted at the start of the season.

Media has shifted the goalposts to "Westbrook has no help!"

well, we had one for a couple of years in a row Rockets played pretty well last year against the Spurs too.. Last year's overall team debacle probably played a hand in this year's Christmas day snub.
