BOB is not a good coach. He's not guru. His play calling is awful. I'm starting to change my mind on this offense. It works for tom Brady and tom Brady only.
I don't have one, that's just what happened. It was a bad pass into triple coverage that bounced off of the db's hands
I said last week even with the QB change we still had butt chin as a coach which is a huge problem. He's horrible. He doesn't have a clue when it comes to competent NFL offense.
Even high school coaches have more creative offensive gameplans than what the Texans are displaying right now. The most basic and generic playcalling I've seen in a long time.
Actually we passed on first down last drive and got the first down. We then ran ran passed after the chains moved though.
This game is boring as it gets. This is why the NFL is losing viewership. The product minus a few teams is not fun to watch. If I wasn't a fan I would not be watching this game.
So i get it, not everyone understands the entirety of an offensive gameplan. But all the knocking of OB on his play calling is kinda humerous. We came out trying to pass and give up 3 sacks in 4 drop backs. We then go into run mode because we cant protect our qb and everyones up in arms about the game plan. We have a young qb with less than 2 full games playing experiance, are 5th in the league in rushing facing a team thats not the best against the run. Common sense for any decent head coach is play the field position game, and trust the #1 defense. The play callings fine, the execution by the offense is the problem.
Should just cancel the game and let the punters fight to the death, winner gets the victory for his team.
