You say that, but the reason Trump won was due to him winning blue states like Michigan and Pennsylvania. People staying home is on them.

But- Babyicedog knows he's making a mistake. Done intentionally. Actually, computer won't let me fix. Everytime.

I have to type DonaldTrump with no space if I spell it correctly. Just can't do Donald tRUMP.

And Hillary received 65 million and 71 million voted against her. The big difference in the popular vote? California. The state had 4 million more votes for Clinton than Trump. Trump won the popular election of the rest of the country, but Clinton ran up the score in just one state.....and that's what her supporters are holding on to.

If they don't like it, they should move. No big deal.

    tRUMP won Presidency- OK.

    Clinton won popular vote- OK.

Funny thing is this will always bother tRUMP. Will never live it down.

BTG, please go back to criticizing tRUMP. You make it sound as if you're OK with tRUMP being President. You starting to scare me. Please, never forget you prefer Clinton as lesser of 2 evils. Please don't change. Don't forget who tRUMP really is.

    Very Bad!

Like saying, "Let's ban all Muslims- and if they don't like it, they can always leave the U.S. No big deal." Easy to say, not easy to do. Shouldn't have to move. Should be a more fair system. WY shouldn't count more than CA. Making equal is one thing. Favoring less-populated states - ????

I'm a Libertarian, I haven't been okay with ANY recent president. I wouldn't have been okay with Clinton, I'm not okay with Trump.....doesn't mean I'm going to whine about the system that has worked perfectly for just about the entire history of the country.

There's no comparison between the two issues whatsoever. They system is the fairest possible system and certainly more fair than a system that would do this

......and people are well represented, so there's not a problem. Even if Democrats are whining about losing.

They didn't pick him because deep down the Republicans and Democrats are no different. They are both big spending parties and someone preaching fiscal responsibility won't be popular with either.

Babyicedog wrote to Paul. I congratulate him on 2016 run and ask him to keep on top of Trump. He personally write back (OK, he didn't, but I tell myself that he personally composed & signed this):

It is important to me to hear your ideas and concerns about what is important to you. I take these comments to heart as I represent the people of Kentucky in the United States Senate. Please be sure to regularly visit my website at http://paul.senate.gov to find out about the work I am doing on behalf of Kentuckians and all Americans.

Anyone have any predictions of faithless electors for the 2020 election?

I think we could have a serious issue with faithless electors if it comes down to the wire. Trump has setup a precedent that anything goes.

Personally I think this is one unresolved issue in our election process that could leave a biased court to decide.
