It twas a joke. We played some really good D tonight for most of the game, but we did F up big time allowing all those wide open 3's at the end of the game.

Patty Mills was wide open with a fairly set defense, we doubled Leonard on a drive and left him open I think.
Would have been nice if Pat Bev ran out there to try to defend that shot... WTH was he doing anyways.
@Tha_Dude The last 6 points against us were against set defenses. Not turnovers. Just bad D. Green hit one three off a turnover, Ginobili hit a 3 against us on a set D before that play as well. Basically 9 points against set defense in the last couple of minutes. Edit just checked, last 6 were against set D, 9 total points against set D in the final 3 minutes of game. Like I said, we played good D for most of the game, but played bad D at the end of the game. Im the one who was paying attention. Don't take the pain of the L out on me guys.
That play was stopped dead... and they found the 4th option When Harden does what Kawhi tried to do and that 3 doesn't fall, we say the coach sucks and Harden is doing Hero Ball That play by Popovich went nowhere and Mills bailed Pops and Kawhi out. And Gordon had nearly his best look of the game FTW going without a timeout But go ahead and make outdated jokes to dampen the one cool thread of the night It's cool
You didn't watch the game obviously. They played great defense. Just a tough loss on a bad shooting night.

It was the turnovers that lost us this game though, man. If the Rockets protect the ball and make smarter decisions they win and we aren't talking about this right now. You can't expect any defense to hold the Spurs down for an entire game and stuff, man. Patty Mills is also a very tough dude to guard because of how fast he is and how GOOD he is at getting open, one of the tougher dudes to guard in the league when playing off the ball. Also, not trying to take the pain of the L out on you, dude already did that with the last J he rolled. Dude loves you.

All good jokes have some pain and truth behind it. (I do believe we defended poorly at the END of the game though) but you are right that's for another thread. Sorry detracking. Pop is legend, glad he appreciates our offense and ties it in with GS's super team.
Once the Rockets win the championship this year, dude will have gotten his rug back. Until then its an ongoing struggle and stuff, lotta ins and outs.
We had this game won and put away in the back pack till the epic collapse in the last minute and half happened.Pop knows our potential and they got one they were lucky to get.
