I would do any combo of
    Brewer
    KJ
    Ennis
    Wiltjer
    Onuaku
    Rights to Euros
    Picks

But I wouldn't throw in Trez

You have to be careful about making fantasy team upgrades to a winning NBA team. Getting another center sounds great, but in reality that means chopping up the minutes of our current bigs, all of whom seem happy and are playing well. Further, acquiring any rotation player by trade is going to cost a player that is currently a contributor. Aside from Corey Brewer (who would have to be paired with a pick anyways), there are very few guys on the roster with more value to the other team than to the Rockets.

The team has minor depth/fit concerns at all positions, but I'd much rather dump Bobby Brown and bring in a low-ego veteran with no minutes demand (in the Prigioni / Carl Landry / Lou Amundson mold) than make a major shakeup by trade.

Agreed. Capela and Nene are serviceable but they are our biggest matchup problem against big men like Gobert, Towns, and Lopez (though he doesn't rebound at all), who have feasted in the paint.

Heck, in the destruction at Toronto, Valanciunas was +17, and had 16 rebounds to Clint's 6 both playing 31 minutes. Meanwhile Beverley was our leading rebounder.

You're right about chemistry, but I think both Clint and Nene are character guys who are going to do what it takes to win, including sharing minutes if we acquire another big. Just a couple months ago there were major questions about Nene's durability and Clint's conditioning to play heavy minutes through an NBA season.

Nene is in the twilight of his career and Clint is still very young; I think they would defer to the right veteran big man.

C or PF/C is definitely the position to target, if we do.

A rebounding 5 who loves and understands the pick and roll, and has the ability to serviceably defend the star big men in this league.

That's what put us in the hole against the Twolves. We missed so many wide open 3s 2-3rd quarters but we just kept jacking them up, miss after miss. The shots won't always fall, we need a game plan for when this happens.
