I'm pretty sure it's Ziggy that is obsessed with the pee pee games, probably because he likes to put his in sheep.
I want TCU to lose every week because I used to have to interact with this TCU grad who was the world's biggest jackass. He was just so unnecessarily rude to everyone in every way, and always wearing some purple TCU shirt. Used to dislike Aggies but not anymore. Sure, your young pretroleum engineers are all douchey as hell, but they're not bad people. Longhorns need to stop feeling like the just deserve to be elite every year UH Coogs need to quit acting like they have it so unfair and everyone is out to get them. And FFS just shut up about getting in a P5.
UH is where you go if you still want to live at home with your parents and drive to school UT and A&M you have the real college experience and venture out on your own with different people from all over Rice is where you go if you want to stay in Houston and your SAT score is high
Maybe "acting like" is better. I will let you feel as you wish, for I am kind. I used to say this about Notre Dame. I also got the same from Lakers fans in recent years. Sometimes teams suck for a stretch. No team is immune to it. Recognize it, accept it, and deal with it.
I work with walker's dad and everyone excitedly watched the live stream in the office yesterday. Knew he'd pick Stanford but the moment was still sweet af cuz I got to imagine Tom's face.
U of H is what South Vietnam would still be like, especially all the Vovinam demos, professors shipped in from China and white people with no better options. The worst part is you can't bag on Rice, UT or A&M, because you obviously want to live and work in Houston and you know after spending five minutes in Moody that none of these people will ever be your boss. UT is basically what bigots in San Francisco wish their town was like. A sushi place on every corner, tech jobs out the wazoo, but you can still burn cars, gang rape coeds and stomp in Jack Twist's skull when you win a conference championship. They were saying right after the bonfire collapse at A&M, "you can't understand it from the outside, or explain it from the inside." That's because it is a Confederate military academy, they're literally training a race war army in front of our eyes, have a Nuremberg rally every Saturday at Kyle Field with black land jockeys and were built within striking distance of the capital. To quote a student during the induction of the George Bush Library, on national television, "it's a conservative, white university, the perfect place for it." Texas Tech is like the mom in Sling Blade, she takes in abusive psychopaths (like Knight and Leach) to keep up appearances and boost her self esteem. If college football were real life, SMU would be the genocidal Nazi ****heads who almost destroyed it. They took on the worst aspects of their continent's culture to its logical extreme, co-opted intellectuals, businessmen and governors into their own psychotic final solution, were defeated in the field by the existing powers and were tried and executed by a previously pliant media and newly created laws by an otherwise symbolic organization. They try to project an air of leadership in their local community but everyone knows they're insane and corrupt, so they'll never win anything, again, ever. Despite what the Ricecakes like to call themselves, they're actually the Syracuse of Harris County. None of the other good schools around them give a **** about football at all, all of the better football schools know they have to recruit morons to win, especially if they're still running the damn wishbone in 1998. Also they'll never have a law school or medical school, so all the smart 25 year olds with decent earning prospects have to go somewhere else to create a real alumni base.
Was their a message board on SaveourRockets? My 1st profile on CF was in may 2002 but I remember lurking for a while. I feel like I used to be on a message board on a different site before and I visited SOR all the time. I think I remember posting with a guy named North Star a lot who knew a lot about stadiums
SaveOurRockets was created by Jeff #2 , that's why I always say Clutch and Jeff saved the Rockets from moving to Louisville. http://clutchfans.net/feature.cfm?FeatureID=49
UT has been as successful as Baylor in the Big 12. They're lucky Pete Carroll lost his damn mind and put in Reggie instead of Lendale on that run or they'd be even more irrelevant. I guess it wouldn't be fair for Houston to beat Austin at absolutely everything so we can give them the college thing. Aggies are creepy. Went to a conference they'll never ever ever ever ever win to get out of UTs shadow which isn't much of a shadow. UTs shadow is what you see during an overcast day. Ground is slightly darker...maybe? But yeah way to get away from a brain dead corpse of a program that thinks highly of itself to have to deal with 2 ripped Olympians that use you as a punching bag Day in and day out. You do have that swaggy coach though. TCU is the most likeable program in the state but their moment has passed now that the Big 12 is dead. Also what the hell is a horned frog and why the hell did you go with purple as your colors? Purple? Was your founder a displaced Atlanta rapper who couldn't make it? Baylor lol. Proof that karma does exist. Texas Tech you had that one victory that one time over Texas which is kind of like bragging that you lost your virginity to your ugly cousin. UH can't buy their way into any conference due to what they sit on top of. Like someone sitting on a gold mine and being outlawed to actually being able to use said gold. Also the butt hurt has proven right the other schools. Just shut up and hire another hotshot coordinator instead of worrying about them leaving in 3 years. 10-1 and disloyal is better than 4-7 but sticking around. Remember Levine? Pretty sure there are no other schools in Texas.
There you go again you POMPOUS A$$!!! UH (like any university) is where a student goes to try to get an education that ultimately leads to a degree. UH is also a school where a majority of the students have to work while they're going to school as they don't have mommy and daddy paying the majority of their tuition/expenses. "A real college experience"? One of these days you'll pull your head out of our A$$. Also you've obviously NEVER stepped foot on the campus of UH as it's one of THE most diverse schools in the country. You think people/companies who hire give a RATS A$$ about getting "a real college experience"? My clients who I've worked with for over thirty years love to hire candidates that busted their A$$ and worked while getting their education. In fact they consider it a major attribute of the candidate. Again you're the reason why people hate UT alums who are just like you. You think just because you went UT your $hit doesn't stink and it equals success. If you want to knock UH sports programs go ahead Tinman, but you're such a POMPOUS PRI*K that you have the audacity to belittle a persons degree/education. Guess what you POMPOUS AHOLE....there are people who are successful who never got a college education. There are people who went to HBU, SFA, Nichols st, UH, Texas St and COUNTLESS other schools who got their degree from these respective schools and are doing extremely well or doing just well enough to provide for their families. You think Tilman Fertitta has regrets about going to UH? In your ARROGANT F$&KED UP BRAIN YOU THINK YOU'RE BETTER THEN PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU HAVE A DEGREE FROM UT!!!! Now I know why most of the people on Clutchfans think you're a PRI*K Tinman. You went to UT so you're better then people. You're a 99er so you're better then the other members. I'm sure you have "99er" on your resume as an accomplishment. Tinman = POPDICK
I wouldn't hire him, I would hire the UH guy who can handle smack talk like one who joined Clutchfans in 99. He's really obsessed about the Landry's guy. I prefer Pappas or Goode Company
It might be true in the past, but not so much anymore. I understand we have a rep for being a commuter school but we have been working to get away from that. There are so much more student involvement now than ever, with new dorms as well. Campus bars, restaurants, updated UC, the vibe is way different than when I was there in 09.
