Yeah you better look it up and get some education before spouting your ignorant opinion. I'm backing up my claim with the argument about the J-31. Learn how to argue too.

They're not that communist now. Communism in Russia actually did fall.

Then you obviously don't know much about Putin.

    Guess who said this:

Yes, I know. Inherently, communism isn't malicious or has bad intent for its peoples. A lot of Eastern Germans feel some nostalgia for the sense of community that communism brought during that period along with the lack of progress after unification so I'm not surprised if Putin looks at it in the same way too. The dark side of communism, just like how capitalism has a dark side, is that it crushes individual freedoms, brainwashes people through cultural Marxism (which is strife in the West with liberalism too) and, paradoxically, creates a ruling party over the masses and is expansionist in their world view. That's no longer the case with Russia. Putin, remember, was a major player during the war on terror, and he cites that war often with regards to his view on doing good to the world in cooperation with the West. China, on the other hand, is an aggressive, expansionist country who, not only doesn't treat its neighbors well, but also oppresses its own people inhumanely.

an explaination of why some've strong crush lately on Putin maybe it's related to Biological Predisposition to Surrender - In many mammalian species, some may be programmed to surrender to the successful dominant male

Putin invades Crimea and Ukraine, has sites on old Soviet Republics, involved in Syria - wants to weaken NATO - and you say it's not an aggressive and expansionist nation?

    Dei, keep smoking that crack.

I already talked about the background of the Crimean landgrab in the previous page. If you want a more detailed take of it by an expert here's a link. Obama got that situation wrong. And that's the last I'll talk about it to not derail the thread any further.

The idea that you see Putin as the benevolent king arthur and the Chinese as these evil communists (then you go on to defend communism in the context of Russia - the country that gave us Stalin - whom Putin looks up to as his hero over Lenin)...just goes to show that this is all about white make rights and curse those yellow, brown, and black bastards wherever they are in the world.

I'm brown Dei - that makes us enemies because I understand what people like you really want - that people like me cease to exist.

Your system is based on hate and fear. May your god have mercy on your soul.

So in a few months we'll see a story about USA government and other American defense contractors selling billions of dollars worth of advanced weapons and upgrades to Taiwan, Japan, India, South Korea and others in the area. China will get mad, we'll have a meeting. They'll ask us to stop selling weapon technology to their neighbors and we'll ask them to slow their roll in the South China Sea. That's how it's done right?

If you followed how the PRC acts over its history you would realize they are very absolute in their positions around things such as Taiwan. Using that as a bargaining chip will only make them dig their heels in further and will like have them counter by using other things as bargaining chips.

Do you think they weaponized those islands just randomly right after Trump's Taiwan play? No it was a reaction to Trump's rhetoric. They aren't stupid. They know how to get leverage on the U.S. as well. Trump just blundered.

China is nothing without American consumerism. A only a small tax in Chinese imports along with corporate tax breaks and corporate incentives for american manufactures would decimate China's position. Their leverage is overstated. In fact China is a massive giant bubble on the verge of busting. Which is terrible because it will impact the global economy but all the more reason to get America and other countries producing.

A trade war with China will sink our economy like a rock. We are heavily dependent on China from everything - steel to rare earth to manufacturing. Prices would skyrocket and consumers would be hit very hard. They could further drive inflation by selling all their is assets and our economy would tank just along side theirs. Its economic mutually assured destruction. They know this. You and Trump do not.

China just stole our drone. Though it kind of reminds me of the spy plane they captured back in 2000/2001. That's right folks, China once captured a US spy plane.

I recall the capture of the plane. I think the U.S. response was to go ahead with a joint military exercise with the Chinese military.

So how do we make this Trumps fault even though he hasn't taken over yet?

Dunno. Perhaps Trump will do something we can blame him for like tweet threats to China or have a phone call with the Taiwanese president. Don't worry. We'll find something.

I'm disappointed it's taken this long. Maybe the drone pilot went to Trump University? Or maybe Putin hacked the drone to interfere with US/China relations and since Trump is chummy with Putin he bears some of the blame? What else...

I think that covers it. We got a scam university that settled a fraud case and also involved the possible bribing of a Florida DA to quash an investigation. We got Putin leading propaganda campaigns and hacking in the US. And we got Trump refusing to criticize Putin or Russia while singing Putin's praises.

I think in terms of real things we can point at, we have covered our bases. Thanks.

For those interested in real conversation, instead of covering for their team: some parts of PRC leadership might have wanted to let Trump's behavior slide, but Trump's public tweets and the phone call have gotten a lot of play in China. Some of PRC leadership want a show of force and these calls have been all over Chinese media. Per, CNBC, the show of force would likely be directed towards Taiwan, though.

The drone thing may or may not be about Trump. Could just be a thing in response to the US presence near the expanded zone China is claiming. Could be a follow up to the vessel they had coasting along the border. Could be a show for their own citizens that they aren't taking Trumps behavior lying down...
