Oh no, anything but having more than one player with the same last name! How will we ever tell them apart!?
I don't watch much jizzball so I really don't know what this boy is capable of. Can he stroke the **** out of the three? #hordongayward. I don't feel like he ever goes off against us
"diversity" only really means non-white. You can have a team of all black, or all hispanic, or all asian players and that would qualify as "diverse." The minute more than one white guy shows up on a basketball team, it's suddenly the GM wanting "white players" implying some racist overtone. Speaking of which, not many hispanics or asian players in the league! Comments like this make me uneasy.
He would be a perfect fit. He can score from a variety of different ways (slashing, can create his own shot, behind the arc), can be a playmaker, rebound, and defend. He doesn't have any elite skills but he is good to great in all aforementioned categories He could fill in the gap wherever we need him to. He'd be an excellent second banana to Harden. 2nd fiddle in crunch time, playmaker when Harden on the bench, stretch 4, big guard... like a poor man's LeBron if I can say that. Him, EGO and Harden would be a top 5 perimeter squad.
I don't even know if I like or dislike player's being honest about their upcoming free agency. On the one hand it's annoying when a guy says stuff like "I'm not even thinking about that stuff yet" because you know that's a lie, but then I wouldn't like it if a current Rocket started talking about what he'd hope to have on his next team.
Doesn't exactly narrow down his top choices... Utah, Boston, Houston... all about in the same boat from a competing from a title perspective. Houston currently ahead from a performance perspective, but Boston in the East and Utah more "up and coming". No other teams make sense. OKC, Portland, TWolves... up and coming types but they don't get above Utah currently, much less the Rockets or Boston. Top teams like SA, LAC, Toronto would just have a really really hard time making room (without losing key pieces that help make them what they are). It REALLY sounds like he's laying the groundwork for a move to Boston. His best fit would be the current Clippers, but they can't get him, unless they lose one of CP3 / Blake.
Man... Jaelen Rose and Billups just gave this guy some serious praise during Lakers Sixers half. Said that "he is a game changer; will make a fringe team a contender" ok Morey...
