Ok, I have issues with how Morey treats players - you don't - I am ok with that.

BTW- I also support this site....just saying......

I feel like you just have issues with the Rockets period. This has been pretty evident with your increasing rhetoric against the name on the FRONT of the jersey as opposed to the back. We are never going to be the Spurs who don't actually do things too different from the Rockets and Morey. If you can't live with that, then maybe you should jump ship. Don't you already have an account on Spurstalk anyways?

Some of you are showing why you will never be a millionaire.

If the Rockets were wrong surely the players union will step in & defend Dmo?

You can't just have back injuries, not be an all star & expect to be paid. Eric Gordon, the second best player on this team, took a pay cut. Overpaying Dmo is a disrespect to the likes of Ego, Nene, Ariza, Beverly, who are all better players than Dmo.

Somebody please show me a video of Dmo playing basketball since he's been "healed." If you're an owner of anything you'd want someone like Morey to protect your business from scandalous agents like BJ.

I have been a Rockets fan longer than you have been alive - you don't get to decide who is a fan and who isn't nor do you get to decide what constitutes fandom, nor should you even waste your time trying.

Questioning someone's fan-hood is pretty humorous......

And yes, some fans criticize their team - have you ever been to Philly? I suspect you would have issues there too.

    I'm sure you're joking.

But in case others think recalling Wiltjer is meaningful here, he still is and always has been on the Inactive List with Brown and Onuaku. He's not being Activated. He's just joining the team for practice. Sometimes they just do this when Vipers have a lull in games and Rockets are at home.

Rockets still only have 14 players.

Can't want more money & more years guaranteeing more money. The fact you want guaranteed money is because there's a chance you could get hurt, which is why no teams are guaranteeing you more money. There has to be a compromise. With him already being injured, it has cost the Rockets more money (and wins) than the money he's already received.

Just like any contractual or settlement agreement. Both sides need to be comfortable. To me it seems, Dmo is more hurt than he is letting on to be, and by knowing this, wants more guaranteed money. This might be his last pay day in the NBA.

BJ has enough legitimacy to work at any positions in basketball. He has been a championship pedigree role player with the Bulls.

I do not think he needs to worry about a job, maybe not as a sports agent.

He might think about a change of job.

This is silly in my opinion. Do you really think DaDakota has over 100 thousand posts here simply because he likes to hear himself speak? I mean obviously he loves to hear himself speak more than anyone alive, but it's also because he's as devoted a Rockets fan as there is. I sometimes question his sanity, but never his fandom.

Pretty sure the first statement is completely untrue, though coming from you, that doesn't surprise me. You are wrong very often when it comes to Rockets related stuff. The 2nd part, I am not deciding your fanhood. I am questioning the intelligence of staying with a team that you repeatedly criticize for quite frankly, unsubstantiated reasons, especially for role players who do not or barely move the needle. There are legitimate reasons fans criticize the team for. Not bending over to little desired role players is not one of those things. Like I said though, if you don't like what the FO (they are the team) does, why are you here? Seems pretty silly to stick around in support for something you don't ever seem to actually support.

But you need role players to win a championship. Low balling it is insulting.

Yeah, that's what I meant. His career as a player agent.

    Yes, I do actually.

I believe he liked the Rockets. His constant tirades towards the current Rockets for the last few years throws doubt on whether or not he still does. The constant, beating-dead-horse criticism gets really annoying honestly speaking.

Did we low ball Ariza, Bev, or Ego? No we didn't. We don't low ball players that actually matter to us.

Yup and this circle jerk about the physical is beyond humiliating but as said before we hope it gets resolved soon.

This is a players league. I think morey always playing hardball will not help us get fa. Eg has been great but he was not an in demand fa. The last top tier fa we got was Howard and they lied to him.

Use the ignore function, if you aren't mentally strong enough to handle the internet and words...

    Fair enough.

    And, thanks......uh...I think?
