I can't imagine any of the Elite players such as LBJ, Harden, Curry, or Durant would want to play with WB. He's just so out of control and jack 25 shots a game whether his teammates is hot or not. He's such wreckless. WB is having the same season he had 2 years ago when KD was out for most of the season and WB was putting up tripble double every night, but his team didn't even make the playoff
Seems to me that the league should fine the Cavs for this. It's a total dick move to the fans who bought tickets to watch their team play the defending champs, a game that will only happen one time this year in Memphis. I know they let Pop get away with it and will let LeBron get away with it but it's not good for the game.
The NBA fans get screwed again. Tonight, The Best Center in the NBA doesn't play, Gasol. Kyrie doesn't play. And tomorrow, NO LBJ, Love, KYRIE. Stop ripping the NBA fans off!!! They should give people that paid for the tickets money back. That's like me watching a Asa Akira movie and then find out she's not in the movie but replaced by Ron Jeremy
Total rip off. I'm sure the Grizzs are selling the Cavs game as part of some ticket packages like most team when Cavs or GSW are playing. Freaking Clippers were advertising the GSW games in December back in October, "Only 2 more months till you get a chance to buy CLippers and Warriors game in December!!!!" Imagine if KD,Curry, and Raymond sat out
The league should definitely fine the Cavs...how the **** do you rest all three your best players? This is just gifting a W to Memphis with no reason...rest one of them at time for the next three games, wtf is this ****? Smh...
At least the Thunder lost... Also lol at Atlanta, how the **** did they lost a game at 130 against Orlando which is one of the worst offensive teams in the league? And at home...lul...
This is Lebron and the Cavs way of protesting back to back games, just like Pop has done before with the Spurs. Basically, they're all just a bunch of cry babies. Back to back games have been a thing for a long time in the NBA and players and teams throughout the last several decades have never complained about it. Man up, and go play the game and stop dicking the fans over.
No, Westbrook was acting like a total moron tonight. He was flailing away at guys, kicking the ball, throwing the ball long distance towards the ref, just all kind of weird behavior. I think he's letting this get to his head and he needs to fix it soon because his second best option Olidipo is about to miss some significant time from the looks of things. I think Russ tried to put on a show tonight but he didn't do it the right way. Bev would never act this way because he's more focused on the team, sorry man.
Westbrook is a moron. He doesn't watch film, he just thinks he can get on the court and figure it out. I'm so glad okc decided to give us harden over this maniac. Harden is a student of the game and takes the gameplan seriously. I hate Westbrook game more than anyone in the game. I don't understand the hype. I get that his box scores look good but dig deeper and he's prob one of the least efficient "stars" of all time.
Are you kidding me?! Pat Beverly try's to violently snatch the ball away from players after the whistle, block or catch shots after the whistle, took Westbrook's leg/knee out after the whistle and we love him for that because he's on our team. Russell kicking the ball away from that doche Lilliard is a Bev move.
I disagree. Bev is not one of those guys who kicks balls, un-lace shoes, or throws shoes of players in the stands. He doesn't subscribe to that type petulant behavior. Will he snatch a ball away from a player to get the ball in the officials hand so Rockets can start the break? Yes. Will he try to go after a ball while someone is trying to call a timeout to get a steal? yeah. Will he prevent someone from shooting the ball so they don't get a rhythm on their shot? yep. Will he give you a bump with the shoulder to make sure you know he is there? yep. I don't think Russ kicking the ball is that big a deal, but that wasn't a "Bev move". Bev is not about that passive aggression. Direct aggression is where Bev lives; he's the president.
Did Westbrook do those things in bold? To my knowledge, no. So why throw that in the discussion. Everything you and I listed that Bev did do pisses opponents and their fans off as much as Westbrook's ball kick apparently bothers you. Bev deserves his reputation as a pest and we love him for it. In fact, I hope we trade Brewer for another Bev type - PJ Tucker.
