I could see where the Rockets are stalling as a means of viewing Noel (after rehab) and claim a minor detail holding up the Houston deal x matching the Nets (officially-officially). Noel had his first game back (8 pts in 10 mins) last night. He twisted his ankle and was pulled for precautionary reasons. Rockets save face (somewhat) by later claiming conditioning issues vs back problems. All speculation; but it does appear someone is stalling in this situation.
