    So Demo was demobilized when he showed up for practice, and is about to get demoted because he demonstrated during a physical that his back is demolished? If so, I don't know if that's very democratic, but it's definitely demoralizing. Am I all caught up on this now?

    How did they do that, by not overpaying a player who might have some serious back issues? By waiting for him to find a team that will pay him more than the qualifying offer? By expecting him to honor the contract that the Rockets matched? By asking him to take a physical before he plays?
