Trust and believe the refs in the playoffs. . . . will not allow that to happen

KD said MEM established physicality early... that is exactly what gets allowed in the playoffs.

Not only will the refs make sure that KD and GS has its advantages, but the media. Remember when the grizzlies had OKC down 3-2 and here comes Mr. Unreliable.

If the grizzlies are to beat a team like gs in the playoffs, they are going to have to do it despite the refs, like the rockets did with Hakeem and Co.

Anyone who thinks playoff basketball doesn't allow more physicality just simply doesn't know the sport.

It's okay for you to just peruse these boards and not comment. You still have value to CF.

Curry, a player who isn't physical, has been roughed up the past TWO postseasons and his play proceeded to fall off. When the '15 Warriors won, Steph wasn't the MVP, Iguodala was.

It's not that they don't allow it, it's that GS is like Gretzky in hockey. If you touched the guy (or hurt him) you'd be out of the league quick. The league wants competitive games to a point, but at the end of the day, they want a rematch of GS-Cleveland.

For the rockets or the grizzlies to get past that, they have to beat GS without a lot of ref help, and that's going to be difficult.

Warriors (and the league, if you say) should be happy the '15 squad played Injured-PG teams in EVERY round.

AND, be happy they have yet to face SA, or lesser extent LAC, in the playoffs.

They would destroy both of those teams. Literally, the only team that has a chance against them in the west are the grizzlies. You can bristle at that, but it is the truth.

I like the rockets, but the rockets are not defensive-minded enough to beat the warriors in a 7 game series, and the rockets don't have the firepower to go toe to toe with that team in offense vs offense.

The spurs have a pg problem and they are in transition. Pop system wins in the regular season, but like last year, they haven't solved that teams problem yet.

The clippers are the clippers. Complain afater every call, floppers, but ultimately they fold under pressure.

Westbrook and Co., I thought they had the size and the horses to go head to head with the warriors, but it is clear that Adams and Kanter have taken a step back and oladipo isn't the guy I thought he was.

The grizzlies have the defense, the size and the clutchness at the end of the game to beat the warriors, especially when they get everybody back. Plus, they have been their before. I see the grizzlies and the warriors on a collision course.

Also, a little known fact, the grizzlies owed the warriors before the last 2 years. They beat them to stop GS 22-game winning streak, they were the first to beat them at home in a playoff game.

It was only the last 2 years when gs had a great defense that the grizzlies had been owed by the warriors. The warriors should pray they don't face a healthy grizzlies team in the playoffs.

Injuries have made the Warriors last 2 playoffs runs a cake walk

Sure they can beat anybody, but they win multiple tough series in the same postseason?

We've never seen them do it.
