I think this one gets ugly. I don't see the Colts letting us off the hook like they did in Houston. This team is a bad team but they play in this crap division and have won games against other crap teams so they are still alive in the playoff race somehow. The thing about this team that pisses me off is not only are they a bad football team, but they are boring to watch too. It looks so hard when they actually get a first down or heaven forbid actually score. This organization pisses me off to no end. You play in a horrible division so there is no reason to not run away with this crap division year after year if we knew what we were doing. The Texans should be coasting through the last month every year like the Colts did with Manning, but we have no clue how to build a team so we go 8-8 or 9-7 against crap teams and celebrate our participation ribbon when we sneak in the playoffs once in a while.
How do I use the ignore feature? Edit: problem fixed. Worked like a charm. Theres a first time for everything.
The Texans have been dominating their division lately....they've won what....8 straight against the AFC South? It's the other games that are meh.
So he'll continue doing nothing. Nice job using assets to trade up and get this guy. Just like the Nix trade
Strong was coming along fine. He got rolled up on by his own teammate while blocking downfield. Not his fault.
At this point I'm practically wishing this team would lose and lose badly. 15 years of sustained mediocrity and no closer to knowing or caring how to build a winner. The football starved masses continue to lap up this garbage while uncle bob and rick "The Godfather" smith laugh all the way to the bank.
So, you were expecting greatness out of the block as an expansion team? Also, it seems like its damn easy to forget 2011-2012, where they were a solid #2 or 3rd best team in the conference.
I'm kind of indifferent on the game. Of course I want to win. I want the make the playoffs to fight on, but at the same time, I want a decent draft pick (even though I doubt we'd go after a QB....depressing in and of itself) and potentially some change in the powers that be. I'll cheer for them to win.
Oh hey look it's a Nick 2 for 1 special - taking a contrarian stance AND interjecting words into my post. Looks like it's my lucky day!
