    I called it. They will handcuff each other to chairs and rip up Offer sheet and sign new so Utah doesn't jump in.

    So he'll probably get around $10-12.5 guaranteed first year, guarantee date will move back to July, and maybe incentives added to that. Makes perfect sense.

    Would be funny if the Rockets pulled the offer sheet under the premise of re-working the contract and then he signed the Utah offer sheet.

    But, it sounds like a done deal.
