Agents get paid no matter which league they negotiate contracts with I believe. The only person getting screwed here is D-Mo if this drags on.
My former most hated team, the Utah j*zz, stemmed from bear hugs, elbows that bloodied Matt Maloney's nose (Maloney was called for the foul BTW) and douch bags Matt Harpring and Kirilenko. A hatred I held for decades. Eventually the Mavs took that honor years later, and that hatred continued til Parsons left. This DMO fiasco has me heated. Now the j*zz are to blame? Whoa. The j*zz are number #1 again. I'm home, and it feels right. Juck the Fazz.
Hope I didn't come across as a conspiracy theorist. I actually first proposed a scenario where it isn't tampering at all. Then asked if he knew if Utah jumped in after the offer sheet or if the news is just their competitive offer from before the offer sheet. It's just a question. I'm not trying to corner him. I figured it was a question others would asked, as well. Then you guys jumped in to say why he needs to do anything. I said, all Rockets fans should try to screw the Utah Jazz if they have info that could help Morey. That's it. Also, that was overly passionate for affect, as well....for fun. I'm definitely not against cyberx. Hell, I don't really partake in his threads, if you haven't noticed. The "RM" of GARM isn't a top interest of mine compared to the "GA", until the roster moves actually happen. And rumors give me a headache. Part of me thinks this isn't DMo or JB or Utah screwing with Morey...but God screwing with me to test me with temptation to not get any work done today. It's all about me.
I thought that too, but if we are able to let DMO back into restricted free agency so he could sign with the Jazz, shouldn't we also then be able to SnT him to the Jazz since it would be RFA all over again?
I'm so confused on what is going on... this situation feels worse than Dwight making the Hawks losers... lol.
I haven't ever spoken to DMo to give him any advice. If I did speak to him I sure wouldn't waste time advising him. I'd be talking basketball with him and finding out as much as possible about his shooting routine, etc. By the way, it's Terrence. Just more nonsense from the peanut gallery.
That wasn't so bad honestly. Most of them weren't Rockets fans and members of our forum to begin with. Most of D-Mo's fans are also members here because we are the only NBA team he has ever been a part of.
