They really could have used his post game tonight when the Celts played zone in the paint and guarded the 3pt line. DD
Rickets are only outscoring opponent by < 1 pts/100 since offermatch. That is a deep, deep cliff compared to previous
Rickets can always use captain hook especially aga8nst slow pace team's and also against run and gun trams for D.
If attacking a zone packing the paint is best beat by throwing into it for low post play, when is *not* a good time to use DMo's post game? back to you @SamFisher
They were not packing the paint, they were basically playing a 3-2 - his post would be good, but better would be a high post or FT line extended option with cutters, IMO, and take advantage of his passing.....could have used Nene too...just needed someone at the FT line.... DD
Trig, do you think it's appropriate to start a thread about DMo's performance against the Lakers? He's 7.9 ppg / 5.2 reb / 1.0 ass / 1.4 blks against them. He averages 7.8 / 4.0 / 1.1 / 0.3 against the league. I mean, where are all these extra blocks coming from? This is thread worthy, right? Where will we turn if we want to discuss this:
It's a sign. Deep in their hearts the Celtics knew that the Rockets could at any time in the future throw in a Motiejunas fading jump hook, and so they dropped the game.
