Taiwanese people can come to US with no Visa, but the Chinese can not. I don't see what the big deal is. China isn't going to do anything.

Indeed. And that's where this discussion pretty much ends.

Then you should start by meeting me half-way and agree that Trump's action of calling up a democratically elected leader to congratulate them is NOT WRONG. Really, that is where the discussion should end.

I'll let the readers decide whether or not what I said is reflected by that.

Anyway, on to a more substantial discussion,

It's how he went about it that is wrong. His staff didn't inform him.

You do realize it's The Joker delivering that observation?

It's right there for everyone to see in that picture you posted. ^^^

The Joker- a (fictional) homicidal maniac trying to speak Truths while killing everyone in his wake in the movie The Dark Knight [3].

Nobody batted an eye? "Someone" in Taiwan? LOL That's good stuff.

Next you'll go with "someone" hacked the DNC and leaked emails during an election and "someone" refused to release his tax returns.

Cojete is just another one of the 7 "I'll never support Trump" guys who shockingly went all-in for Trump the second he was elected.

The Joker has been the dude in office for the last 8 years, well maybe 16 if we can safely conclude that Bush and Obama are the same person. I think dude can safely make that conclusion since both guys spend money like drunken sailors on shore leave, AND have tons of buddies on wall street ( a place duder isn't even allowed to go to).

I really hope trump isn't the same joker as the last two jokes we've had, something tells me he MIGHT be worse. But, he hasn't taken office yet so we won't really know that and its too early to start bashing the dude yet.

Again, these are just my opinions.

You still have yet to explain what is wrong about Trump's actions. So, yes - that is where the discussion ends.

Never said I would not support Trump, only that I would not vote for Trump.

They always were supporting Trump, they defended him throughout his entire campaign.

They just tried to take a neutral position so that if he lost they wouldn't be so embarrassed about it. It would be like if Houston got another NFL team, Many Texan fans would sit in the middle seeing who would win more games before putting on either team's Jersey. Trump was like another sports team moving into a city that already has one. He's won the championship so now everyone is a fan.

If I agreed with you, I would say that, but I don't agree with that. There may be a way to normalize relations with Taiwan, but ignoring established diplomatic protocol that actually serves a purpose isn't the way to do it.
