    LIBERALS. CONSERVATIVES. URGH.

Must hate everyone that isn't me. URGH.

What a simple minded and petty takeaway from the topic and spirit of this thread.

Maybe, but no, that's not what I was talking about. Surely there had to be better options than either of those two, they just didn't run due to the fix being in for Hillary.

Going to liberal forums and trying to educate people is also a part of my duties.

I think it dead on in regards to the 'spirit of the thread'.

Its ok for Hillary to attempt and/or ignore her attempts to pass legislation to prohibit flag burning.

Its not ok for Trump to speak out against it.

This is the text book definition of hypocrisy.

Now you can throw up the straw-man argument that Hillary is not president, but the fact remains this was never brought up during Hillarys campaigning. She is obviously ok with outlawing flag desecration (reminder: she even tried to pass legislation) so its just as much of an argument now. If it was not a big deal for her to do this, then its not a big deal for Trump.

Do you know what the gem is in this whole argument? TRUMP IS TROLLING. Seriously. Take away citizenship? Year in jail? (This was HIllarys proposal BTW) He knows the left will IMMEDIATELY knee-jerk react to the 'freedom of speak' argument w/out taking a second to look into who has supported this measure in the past. This is classic Skankhunt42 trolling.

Can we endure 4 years of Skankhunt42 in office?

You're doing a good job too. You educated me on how much of a psychopathic, white supremacist, tool you are.
I don't think it is right for either to be talking about banning flag burning, or legislating against it. People look at posters like BobbyTheGreat as fervent Trump supporters and myself and other liberals on the board as fervent Hillary supporters. When in reality I don't think either candidate should have been electable; just when tasked with a choice to pick between the two (and there are only two realistic choices) I would have preferred Hillary as a lesser evil partly because her win and a Republican win in congress would gridlock her term.

In either scenario, it will not be good for the country.
Like I said before, I'll try to give the benefit of the doubt, and I hope Trump is merely trolling like you are suggesting.

If one obeys the laws and pays their taxes, there is no basis to question their remaining here; this is not a ****ing garden party.

I think burning the symbol of your country gives a lot of reason to suspect you of treason; especially considering the gaylords that do it anyway.

    You're an idiot.

You clearly don't know how bets work, you must be young.

In order for a bet to be valid, it has to be agreed upon by both parties (a hand shake in real life). I suggested the bet, you never agreed to it. Blame yourself for not understanding betting protocol.

I lived in vegas for three years so I know how betting works. You made a suggestion and I agreed to it. Plain and simple. Please be man of your words and honor your bet.

Classic Trump misdirection. Create a controversy about something that will suck liberals and the media's attention to distract away from things that are actually far more important - like how horrible his cabinet appointments and the level of corruption he is already demonstrating.
