Looks like Westbrook is going to have a monster triple double tonight. He should also be averaging one for the season after tonight. It will always be hard to believe that Durant, Westbrook, and Harden were on the same team.
If the Thunder even sniff the playoffs this guy will easily win the MVP. Sucks too considering what Harden is doing.
Perhaps, I don't think someone can keep that play style up for an entire season. Something will happen to bring his averages down.
He's always going to get his volume, even if he shoots 7/25 5 games in a row. I mentioned before, when it comes to rebounds the team seems to voluntarily move out of the way so he can get them, mostly because he slacks on D so much he hangs around the basket. I don't see the rebounds lessoning by much. He'll get a fair amount of assists simply because each possession runs through him.
Lamb doing work again for for hornets tonight. This time from the bench. Has he finally put it together?
Just checked the stats, Westbrook is a ****ing monster wtf. Also the MVP will go to either Harden or Westbrook depending on who has the higher seed and at least top 4 seed (probably us). Outside chance LeBron wins it if their record is good enough or if LeBron goes on an individual tear. Also outside chance CP3/Kawhi win it if either of their teams can wrest Golden State away from the #1 seed.
If Westbrook averages a triple double for the rest of the season, media will give it to Westbrook as a 9th seed. His teammates are helping him too. they are letting him get those pointless defensive rebounds when no one is around and already down court. Dwight used to go after those pointless rebounds the hardest when he was here in Houston.
Schroeder is so much fun to watch on both sides of the ball. Regardless of the outcome of this game, I'll def be tuning in to part 2
Dwight is a big that plays small nowadays. I wonder how much vertical he has lost. Can't jump high consistently anymore.
He's still rebounding at an elite level and gets high enough for lobs. Extremely expensive for a garbage man, but that's all he really needs to be concerned with.
