Yes, without Parker, and were a 1-foot tip-in from overtime.

Good win, but let's keep perspective.

They handled us easier with Parker than we did without him.

Capela is such a huge beneficiary of our offensive scheme. Half his buckets seem to come from alley oops. Every team knows it, but they just can't do anything about it because the floor is spaced and Harden is doing the passing. Teams have to give up something, so it's going to be extremely high percentage looks for Capela all year.

    Rockets currently have 2 league-leaders......

    Harden - Assists

    Capela - FG%

What happens when you don't remember all of it?
Capela is the new young Amare for D'Antoni? Harden is a supersized version of Nash?

Those back to back SA games were some shoddy officiating too. Don't forget that. Those games and the Raptors game were played 5 on 8 and the Rockets came through with a 1-2 record. So not bad.

Don't be one of those people who deny officiating either. Be real.

Beating any team 2 times in a row is tough.....especially when that team is coached by Gregg Popovich. They weren't blown out of the building when Parker came back, and we didn't have Beverley. Nobody is saying this team is a championship contender, but it's ok to be happy with the way they've played so far, and to even have a little hope for the playoffs.

I forgot about Beverley. It's arguable Capela is better since both games. Future is bright if we stay healthy.

I don't care about all that, we've been without our main players before as well. And I don't ever hear anybody saying, well we were without player X or Yeah when we won.

Not only that but the Spurs have shown that they could win without Parker.

So let's get away from that chain of thought.

    This statement is extreme.

Are you sure you've never ever ever heard someone mention our injuries?

Not in the context that you are using it for the Spurs.

The Spurs win games with and without Parker. That's a fact. So for you to use that excuse is ludicrous at its finest. They had LMA and Leonard, who are their main guys. So again don't knock our win because they were down one player.

I know you're the most positive Rocket fan ever, but injuries have been mentioned both ways for years on this board.

It's not ludicrous to mention injuries when talking any sport.
