He's not good enough as a coach. He's just not. McNair won't have the balls to fire his ass but he's just not good enough if the organization wants to be legit.
I've defended BOB against all comers but this loss to the Raiders is on him. He blew it royally and I don't think he has the judgment to be a top-notch coach when it counts.
