Can't have this thread without Alice's Restaurant, even though I don't like it -- all 18 minutes of it. If you've ever been a radio DJ doing a Thanksgiving shift, you know why many DJs hate this song...most over-requested thxgiving day song. Also, inb4 Adam Sandler. This one truly is one of his best SNL moments, imo.
Lol ... THIS is pretty accurate! LOVE this song! This song might not be very popular in this day and age, but even if you're not a believer (I'm a believer) you should still be appreciative of your loved ones! Tell them how grateful you are that they're part of your life, and how much you love them .......while they're still alive!!! ....... ....... .......
Makes me wonder if there is a signature thanksgiving movie, and I can't really think of one. Seems like someone needs to make one.
