    Yao Ming and Hakeem

Sampson did it twice, but as PF in same game as Akeem at Center.

Question: Is that 11 block / 9 ast game one of Hakeem's Quadruple Double that they took away by taking away an assist.

He is still years away from reaching his peak. So much potential waiting to be exploited. What is impressive is he has no hesitation regarding his moves. He makes his moves in one motion instead of hesitating and waiting for his man to be set. He just takes it to him without thinking twice. That comes from confidence. Good for D'Antoni for sticking with him eventhough he was struggling earlier in the season.

Is it just a good stretch for him or has his swagger returned?

He is just in better shape. He will get better and better as the season goes on.

    13-10-2 from here on out...

Not sure if that's the game, but they never "took away" the assist. The Rockets tried to add it after the fact.

Learn to Dunk . . .I hate seeing him miss Dunks
If he hit a few more bunnies. . . his average would be up by 4~8 Points

He needs to talk to montrezl about how to dunk. Everyone needs to talk to montrezl about how to dunk... but I am loving the hook shots!

He seems to be becoming a lot more physical on the offensive end..... he simply bodied a few guys these last 2 games....

I think that Westbrook dunk had a positive affect on him.... I feel like he understands that he can't coast for a second or he may get exposed.....

This is the perfect offense for Clint. Run, get a bunch of alley oops, rebound and block shots. And then the occasional post move to put all that practice into a real game. What impressed me most today was his confidence in making that baby hook against a tall guy like Gobert.

In before @basketballholic says his trade value is at a max and we should let him go because he doesn't have much upside.

    I guessed Sampson and Yao.

Capela is doing great work inside and running the floor. He still gets pushed around some, but he's doing well and will get heavier/stronger. FTs need to improve.

Not sure, but I thought that game was against BOS.

Just a little bit of cherry picking with that stat. But the intentions are good. Go Capela.

if he's gonna continue being our starting 5 he needs to hit more threes, rack up some assists, and take his man off the dribble.

Would've been nice to include the whole story, I never knew and even the Rockest own revision of it didn't include this weird after the game revision of the box score:

I didn't realize I was required to include a story verifying my memory when responding to a post.

That is vert true. Capela is only 22 playing at this level. He'll be in his prime when he's around 27. I wonder if he'll be in Houston..

    You MUST be joking?

He shoots 69.9% within 3 feet of the rim.
For comparison, DeAndre Jordan is 61.3% within 3 feet.

Don't get me wrong, I wish he hit 100% of his shots within 3 feet, but that isn't really a reasonable expectation is it? Nobody has ever done that, and DeAndre (a perennial leader in the category) is seen as one of the all time greats at the range with a career average of 71.8% (ie 1.9% higher than Clint currently is)
