I thought Brown was only signed to avoid Harden's poor games being blamed on his "posse"

Maybe the best win of the year. Rockets dominated, 2NB2B against a playoff team. Spurs didn't have Parker and we barely won. Still a great win since on the road.

Harden's offensive dominance continues.

Dekker is impressing. The spin move is effective whether it's spin-shoot or spin-pass. The defense acceptable and he's shooting well. He's looks like 10-year above-average bench player, at minimum.

Nice to see Bev again, a great compliment to Harden... three and D. He's added some Kareem to his repertoire. Stay healthy.

Brewer sighting!! Still wanna see less though. Free KJ.

 

Inside the NBA has nothing bad to say about Harden right now. Undeniable stats has them dumbfounded.

Shaq says he's making a case for best player in the league.

Not one (direct) comment about Harden's defense; Chuck says Kawhi and Lebron are the best two-way players in the league.

New narrative is taking firm root: "Inflated numbers for Harden under D'Antoni." (How do you inflate stats in basketball?)

now that Bev is back and if they get a healthy version of DMO the Rox could be a dark horse coming outta the west...not to mention making a move before the trade deadline

 

Wow, just checked the numbers, Sam is fourth on the team in PER, WS/48, TS%, Tot Reb%, OBPM, BPM, and VORP

Damn LA and OKC games still aggravate me. 9-3 would feel so much better right now, but from the looks of it so far we'll be right along the lines of the first yr with Dwight when we were fighting for home court in Rd.1

Not gonna lie, the OKC & Lakers losses still piss me off. This team should be battling for the 3rd seed with the level Harden's currently at.

I think we'll be more consistent now that Pat's returned. Also, anyone notice we're slowly sliding up the table in defensive efficiency. After a rough start this team has gradually improved on that end.

 

yeah i'm upset about those losses as well..really feel like we're better than our record.

hopefully bev being back fuels the rest of the team on defense...that energy was matched yesterday.

i'm giddy at the prospect of dmo joining this team to make it complete...

 

Looks like we are on the same half a page. Now we have to get on the same full page, find the corner and turn it.

Now this is the way Harden and the Rockets should play every night. What an awesome dominant game by the good guys. They had me worried for a minute when they allowed the Blazers to tie it up at half time. But man did they put their foots on the gas in the 2nd half and blew these jokers smooth the bleep out.

 

Remember when some folks wanted to trade Harden and not only trade him but trade him for the likes of Lillard and Butler

 

Great game, Rockets! Loved our first blowout win of the season! Just what we needed. Now, build on it.

 

2nd blowout of the season. It was the first against a solid team though.

I think by far the most impressing thing about this win was the fact that it was the 2nd game of a BTB, and that they played a close game the night before on the road. This lets us know that this team doesn't dwell on bad losses and have enough scorers on this team to light up opposing teams, even on BTB's.
