Most of the populist movements in Europe aren't actually far right. The media and political establishment calls movements that advocate sensible immigration, getting back control of government from the EU and prioritizing natives over migrants far right to turn people off.

Anyway, going back to topic: It's true. Girls can't take the same type of banter as guys esp. in high skill fields where there's a lot of smugery in the rhetoric. They break and cry. That's why you don't see a lot of girls in a lot of highly skilled professions.
