Because all his passes go out of bounds....

Well I have to admit that the guy is really incredibly highly skilled. How else could a human being who moves the speed of my 87 year old grandma drop 33...

He doesn't move slow. He's just very efficient in the way he uses his energy.

Ahhhh! Now I get it! I will let my wife know that tonight when I sit down on the couch with the remote. She will certainly be impressed with my careful energy preservation.

If there's one skill that translates across all levels it's shooting right?

He may be an 87 year old NBA player but at the local hoopery he's the best athlete. In college he's merely athletic. In the D league he's below average and the NBA he's 87.

But from the local hoop to the pro hoop he's probably the best range shooter on the floor.

Honestly, is he any slower or less athletic than Anderson? I'm not making a Anderson vs Wiltjer case her, I'm just saying he's not too slow to play in the NBA. He is Korveresque with that 3pt shot.

I agree with this but not to a point. I think it used to be more he case. But the vipers play such a crazy pace and style, even less defense, and the dleague is pretty watered down, imo.

I think it helps them get game time in against better competition as they continue to work on their skills. But Capela was developing with or without the dleague. Just matter of time.

Relevant to the video posted and my comment, it's nice to see him shooting well and scoring. Hopefully he's doing tons of other things too to help him work on his. Game, positional defense, little things, etc.

But I'm not going to get super jazzed quite yet.

Dekker is playing too well at the moment behind Andersen. These circumstances aren't good for Kiltjer. It's not like he's an established veteran so he'll probably look to go down in the D-league to showcase himself to be ready for the next team he'll be playing for.

    He's a Power Forward, not a Pass Forward:D

I really would love to see Wiltjer with the starters in Ryan Anderson's role, just to see the difference.
