ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Thunder 11/16/2016

This will be fun.

 

HUGE game for us! If we win, we stay 4th in the West. We lose, we drop to 8th. Nevertheless, Harden vs Westbrook will be so much fun to watch!

 

This is awesome, the da Real MVP vs the fake MVP.

Harden has a large usage rating but he's showing that he deserves to have that big of usage, the Rox are winning due to him having monster game after monster game. OTH Westbrick is showing that he is overrated, and a lot of his stats are due to him breaking the usage rating records, he's basically making Kobe look like Magic Johnson when it comes to sharing the ball. We should win this game pretty easily since the Rockets are playing team ball whereas in OKC everyone is just expected to play defense while Westbrick takes all the shots.

 

I'm hoping Harden puts an end to the stupid Westbrook >>> Harden comments.

Thunder have lost 4 in a row. They're going to be incredibly thirsty. We better come out and play strong all 4 quarters or I see this as a L. Anderson needs a bounce back performance.

Their bigs scare me and I think they are going to kill us on the boards. We need to hit our 3s more than ever.

Id rather see a rockets away game. The home court looks like a rec league playing for a group of 20 fans

I am expecting WB to go off on Bev, a huge night from Kanter, and a big game from Adams. Need 50 from James to have a chance.

I agree but I hope Bev don't take it as a personal challenge because a team effort is needed in slowing WB down. I definitely want this win considering the Thunder are riding a 4 game losing streak.

 

OK, try to imagine yourself on the Court. Westbrook gets his first look at Harden as he enters a clearing in the lane. Harden moves like a bird, lightly, bobbing his head and beard. And Westbrook keeps moving because he thinks that maybe Harden's visual acuity on the defensive end is so poor he will lose him. But no, not Harden. He moves, and Harden just stares into the stands. And that's when the attack comes. Not from the front, but from the side, as Beverly slashes at Westbrook with a six inch retractable claw, not in the jugular like you think, but across Russell's r****ded middle toe, so he can slowly watch him stumble over to the scorers table, bleeding out, at death's doorstep, and questioning the end of his career.

 

Big game.I don't think PB returns until tomorrow. Team ball should win. GO ROCKETS!!!
