Illegals can't vote though so nice try. I said protest and not rioting. A lot of the anti-trump protests have been just that. In fact in L.A and NY the police department have worked with the protesters so that they could exercise their 1st amendment right.

maybe in some respects but on gay marriage absolutely not - especially the younger generations. gay marriage is a non-issue to most, even a lot of religious folks. it's only those stuck in the stone age that think otherwise. we'll look back on the anti-gay marriage folks the same way we look at the folks that condoned interracial marriages and applauded segregation.

I live about 3 blocks from the Congress, and I'm not going to this inauguration because historically, I don't want to be caught in this photo like I supported the dude. Few people know it, but John Wilkes Booth was in the photo at Lincoln's inauguration. There should be plenty of protesting going on down here and it will be messy for the first time in a long time.
*sigh* Let the healing commence. We can only hope Mr. Trump ignores hyper partisans like yourself and strikes a more conciliatory tone as we move forward as a nation. But that's merely my opinion and, apparently, you don't want to hear what "you guys" have to say. Why are you so angry? Perhaps someone once told you to "sit down and shut up." Or maybe you feel empowered by Trump winning and feel that taking your insecurities out on others through an Internet message board will erase the lingering doubts and failures you've had in life. Or maybe you're just having "fun." Whatever the case, I truly hope you realize that there's a whole world out there full of potential fulfilling relationships, hobbys, entertainment, food, social gatherings, church bazaars, or whatever may tickle your fancy.
