I know I'm a Microsoft Shill, but I switched to Bing because it's better

And what do you get AFTER those big 4 sites in each search engine?

FYI - With both Google and Bing you can set topics of interest to populate your news page. See example:

Listen @Svpernaut, if I haven't convinced people by now that Bing is better, I probably wont convince them. Everybody thinks I'm a Microsoft fanboy anyway, even though I still use google drive over onedrive and I still use android over Microsoft windows phone.

    I get it.

Bing is obviously better to me. I think the results speak for themselves. Google is married to the backlinks so it's always going to be a stale system. Microsoft's approach is much better, not relying on backlinks so much.

In the future, you don't have to search.

I think I've read that Google also has the Big Brother thing going for them saving everything word you search for while Bing does not save your search terms.

I'm not trying to convince people Bing is better, because it has its usage scenarios just like Google. I use both Bing and Google.

I'm just trying to show people that there are incentives to use Bing. I set Bing as my default, and in the 4-5 times a day it doesn't give me the results I want, I highlight the text, right-click and "Search Google for..."

Searching with Bing as my default allows me to get a free $60 Xbox One game every two months or less, thanks to Microsoft Rewards. Search engines make money off of you, so I figure if I can make a little of that back at the same time - why not?

Every mainstream search engine does this. Those that don't will explicitly mention they don't.
