Equality means to have the same human rights. For everyone. Either you believe it or not and either you follow it or not. It's white or black. If your religion makes you treat anyone discriminatorily and suppress their freedom and rights in anyway, then you don't believe in equality.
This is really sad. Especially the children in Kindergarten harassing minority classmates. A child that young only learns that type of behavior is acceptable from their parents. Disgusting.
Im sorry, but this one I am not buying- <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">This just happened. Trump supporter tossed water in her face after threatening to rape her and build the wall. Day 1 of Trump. <a href="https://t.co/8JJAM2ugJf">pic.twitter.com/8JJAM2ugJf</a></p>— Shaun King (@ShaunKing) <a href="">November 10, 2016</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Fact is Trump's campaign was run on very divisive and extremely dangerous rhetoric. Of course you will see idiots being empowered by him that say and do some of the stuff that Trump himself did and strike fear amongst others. Let's just hope that is an extremely vocal minority and this whole thing ends soon.
There are idiots on both sides. Seeing those high school videos is seriously depressing. High school can be cruel, especially if you're part of a minority/outcast group. Hopefully those kids grow up, mature, broaden their horizons and experiences, and feel remorseful for how they treated others unfairly.
Which part of this was not happening before Trump? Are these criminals running around saying TRUMP MADE ME DO IT?
I think the clear conclusion is that both sides need to take a step back and endeavor to work with each other to build on what has been working and come up workable with solutions to what isn't working. So far I see lots of fingerpointing and blaming each other. It will be a long four years...
and here I was thinking that USA was a part of the United Nations and the civilised world but apparently even what constitutes a human right is now up to question?
Yes, I call BS on almost all of this. It is not like there is not a history of the corrupt Democrat machine paying people to stir up trouble by pretending to be Republicans. That is not to mention the lefts propensity to lie in almost everything they do. The left has been outed now. America now knows how low they will sink to push a false narrative. It is really pathetic if you think about it and the mindless sheep like some of the people on this site eat it all up.
Were there riots when Obama won? I don't recall. There are disgusting people on both sides. The right did rebel against Obama by taking the House and Senate away from him. That's the correct way to do things. The far left and right of this country need to be done away with. Those people are loonies. The media created this mess. As far as I am concerned the media made Trump a much worse figure than he really is. That is a fact.
I'll make it more specific. Is right to abortion uniquivocally a human right? What about affirmative action? Is that a human right? Is the right to enter into a country illegally and remain there a human right? Do refugees from a worn-torn country have a human right to be accepted by another country of their choice? I'm not suggesting the answer to the above questions must be one way or the other. Only that reasonable people can disagree.
Without a doubt... with only rare exception, I delete/ignore almost everything presented sourcing facebook, twitter, and other social media as a source...
Yes. No. No. But I guess in your country then 99% of the population should leave as well. Not of their choice but yes. If a refugee is facing war, genocide death they have the right to seek asylum. Are those all the questions? I thought that some others would be here too based on what Trump and his voters say. Are muslims equal as Christians? Are women p*****s?
I'm confused. I thought the "establishment" Republicans in Washington gave Obama everything he wanted and that's why Trump was nominated in the first place?
