Trump Won Because Leftist Political Correctness Inspired a Terrifying Backlash

Trying to blame liberals because and authoritarian, right-wing party nominated and elected an unqualified, authoritarian right-wing personality. OK. You believe that. And it will happen again.

Correct, but it's still a sound bite. The GOP has been pushing the HRC narrative for some time and it was effective since someone who is more dishonest and more than likely just as "corrupt" was elected.

 

Funny thing though is that i don't recall ever hearing of that as a liberal tactic until you said it was. I had deduced that tactic a long time ago by their actions. It really wasn't that hard to see.

She is a corrupt politician and ignoring that or trying to deflect to Trump's shortcomings didn't work. Yes, I do believe the over-demonizing of everything white or male is real and really affected this outcome to the extent that it could. I also think Hillary is an unsavory character herself and it didn't pan out for her, her followers.

Break the walls down. Quit dividing skins and weewees/hoohoos. Or try the same ****-flinging thing for 4 years and hope it ends up your way. Who knows, I'm just an observer but that's what I see and think about it.

 

What Trump has done is not a tactic of "the right" or "liberals". This argument is just another way to, with nuance, lay the section of Trump at the feet of liberals.

Trump took control of a very powerful messaging machine that had been stoking fear of liberals and hatred of anything not Fox approved for several years. And the mere labeling of his approach as "liberal tactic" shows the power of that messaging. Yeah, this **** is gonna happen again. Trump isn't the last, just the first.

Political correctness did play a role in motivating folks but the biggest issue is the world has fundamentally changed and people are fearful of that.

 

Trump spent a lot of his campaign demonizing brown people, not joking here. That is real and it's affected SJWs to react and call some people out for what they are.
